That hammering sound is progress…

Ok, you probably can’t actually hear hammering from here, but we have approval from the city to proceed, and construction starts this week on the bakery.

Here is the latest timeline for the remodel:

  • April 19: Final plans submitted to King County
  • April 22: Final plans submitted to City of Snoqualmie/State of WA
  • May 7: Plans approved by King County (14-21 day backlog currently)
  • June 28: City okays plans
  • July 6: Remodel phase one work begins
  • July 9: inspection of phase one
  • July 12: Remodel phase two begins
  • July 16: Remodel inspection of phase two
  • July 17-23: Equipment inspection, maintenance, testing
  • July 24-29: Practice batches
  • July 30: Doughnuts begin
