We’ll have the fryer service team out in the next few days, and hopefully get the county to sign off next week.
Our goal of the 10th has been SOOO close to accurate that we hadn’t adjusted our dates, but at this time we are setting the opening date for September 24th. This should give us enough time to get all of the above tied up, and get lots of practice runs done.
Thank you all for your patience, it’s been an amazing adventure to get this far.
